The SuperATV RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion with Tie Rods is engineered to deliver stronger, more responsive steering for the Honda Talon 1000R. Featuring SuperATV's patented X24 Tech dual-bushing design, this upgraded steering rack reduces internal wear by more than 50% compared to traditional designs while minimizing steering play for improved control on rough terrain. Heavy-duty PTFE bushings, a greaseable housing, and reinforced internal components are built to withstand oversized tires and aggressive off-road driving.
Available with either swaged steel tube tie rods or solid steel bar tie rods, RackBoss 2.0 provides increased durability over factory components. Both options feature oversized rack threads, heavy-duty tie rod ends, and complete installation hardware for a reliable steering upgrade designed for demanding trail conditions.
