Shipping policy

Shipping

  • USA-only shipping on all products.
  • All items ship directly from our authorized vendors. Processing times vary by brand but typically run 1–3 business days.
  • Transit times are usually 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination.
  • Oversized items (roll cages, bumpers, doors, roofs, windshields, tires/wheels) may ship freight and can require additional handling time.
  • Tracking information is sent automatically once the vendor ships your order.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they enter vendor processing.

Order Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can file a vendor claim.
  • Damage claims must be submitted before installation. Installed items cannot be claimed as shipping damage.

Returns

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by us and approved by the vendor.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the vendor shipped the wrong item.
  • Most vendors charge a 10–25% restocking fee on non-defective returns.
  • Refunds are issued once the vendor receives and inspects the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts
  • ECU tuners/programmers
  • Installed or used items
  • Special-order or custom-built parts
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Warranty

  • All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer.
  • We assist with the process, but warranty approval is solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.
