Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination. Oversized items may ship freight and require additional coordination.

Many SxS parts come from different warehouses. If your order includes items from multiple brands, they may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Yes. Large items such as cages, bumpers, roofs, doors, and tire/wheel packages may ship via freight. Freight tracking updates less frequently, and the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created. This is normal and does not indicate a delay.

Once an order has been submitted to the vendor for processing, it cannot be changed or canceled. Vendor systems move quickly, and we follow their requirements.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Most vendors charge a 10–25% restocking fee on non‑defective returns. Electrical parts, tuners, custom orders, and installed items are not returnable.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll file a claim with the vendor and assist with the resolution. Installed items cannot be claimed as shipping damage.

All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. We help start the process, but warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer.
